Lancecreal supplies helical worm gear and worm drive gearboxes with motor units, which are available as standard products or can be made to customer specifications. In both cases, we provide first class quality materials for high durability and exceptional application performance.
We stock and supply worm gearboxes with motor units from industry-leading manufacturers such as ZAE, and with their uniquely high efficiency ratings, above average capacities and extremely low noise levels, our worm gear range is highly popular for general machinery and plant engineering applications.
We also provide servo drives from ZAE, which are renowned for their long service life and reliability, high wear resistance and excellent synchronism. In addition, the ZAE-developed hermetic pressure equalisation system, which is integrated into the housing of the ZAE servo drives, offers maximum safety levels for sensitive processes, as nothing can leak out – no oil leakage is possible and no gear venting is necessary.
