We are delighted to announce that we have recently enhanced our expertise in vehicle electrification and technical sales with the addition of two strategic hires, reinforcing our commitment to supporting customers in their transition to net zero emissions and accelerating business growth.
Vyankatesh Kulkarni (Venky) has joined as Systems Integration Engineer, while Callum Tart takes on the role of Sales Engineer.
Venky’s unique combination of electrical systems engineering, and software integration means Venky will play a vital role in our expanding focus on electrification, essential to helping customers navigate these new challenges.
Venky’s background includes extensive experience in software development processes, automation scripting, and Agile methodologies, making him well-suited to advance Lancereal’s integration capabilities. Holding a Master’s degree in Mechatronics and Robotics from the University of Leeds, Venky has developed skills in advanced robotics, automation, and systems integration that are now benefitting Lancereal’s software solutions across various applications.

Callum Tart, who joined Lancereal earlier this year, brings over ten years of engineering and sales expertise. His background in Mechanical Engineering and technical sales makes him a key asset in strengthening the sales team and enhancing Lancereal’s customer support.
Callum’s experience spans sectors such as transport, additive manufacturing, and marine defence, and he is recognised for his project management and technical procurement skills. He has successfully led presentations to secure funding for major projects, showcasing his ability to drive business forward.
